I'm a Senior Software Engineer based in Berlin, focused on Angular, TypeScript, and agentic AI workflows. I currently lead frontend at Klaus versichert GmbH, where I run an agent-driven dev workflow built on top of Claude Code.

About Me

Hello, I'm Daud — a Senior Software Engineer at Klaus versichert GmbH in Berlin, where I build customer-facing insurance products with Angular, TypeScript, and RxJS.

I write about modern Angular — signals, standalone components, the new control flow — and about the day-to-day reality of shipping software with agentic AI tools like Claude Code. Most of my recent engineering work is less about hand-writing code and more about designing the skills, scripts, and orchestration that let agents do the implementation.

On the side, I'm building Alpha Platform — a social-publishing automation tool that orchestrates content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube. Spring Boot backend, Angular frontend, Claude doing the content generation.

Where I've Worked

Senior Software Engineer @  Klaus versichert GmbH

Jan 2025 – Present

  • Led the migration of a large-scale customer-facing insurance SaaS platform from Angular 17 to Angular 20, adopting Signals, standalone components, modern control flow (@if / @for / @switch), and inject()-based DI
  • Collaborate closely with Java / Spring Boot backend teams to design robust API contracts and ensure type-safe, end-to-end data flow
  • Drive engineering quality through code reviews, mentoring 4 junior developers, and establishing frontend standards (linting, commit conventions, PR checklists, and review practices)
  • Introduced and operationalized an agent-driven development workflow using Claude Code — building custom skills, scripts, and orchestration agents, shifting focus from manual coding to architecture, validation, and technical direction
